i almost gave this hotel a good review until i noticed the lights were so dim i considered using a flashlight, and the mattress was harder than concrete. Plus, don’t expect any favors like an upgrade or a drink. it's like they think every guest is the same! what a missed opportunity for pampering.

The Kana Rooftop offered amazing views of the city, perfect for enjoying a meal while soaking in the scenery. The staff's warmth made every interaction pleasant, always eager to help.

While the atmosphere was generally nice, noise from nearby parties disrupted my peace. Additionally, the check-in process felt a bit awkward with little privacy, impacting the overall experience.

The location is ideal, positioned near amazing local eateries like Abu Jbara, renowned for its delicious traditional breakfast.

The mattress in my room felt overly firm, which made for less-than-ideal sleeping conditions.

The breakfast spread offers both local and western options, accommodating various tastes. The hammam experience is a must-try, highly relaxing and reasonably priced.

The lighting in the Deluxe Double Room is quite dim, even with all lights on, making it hard to see. The bed feels old and doesn't provide the comfort expected. the pillows could use a serious upgrade, resembling rocks more than anything plush.

Comfortable and modern rooms offered a pleasant stay, complemented by a generous breakfast selection. The hotel's location next to well-known eateries and local shops made exploring easy. On a less positive note, security checks were frequent, which could be bothersome for some travelers.

I truly enjoyed the Turkish bath, which was exceptionally relaxing. The staff members were genuinely friendly, always ready to assist. The city view from my room added a nice touch to my stay.

It was a great fit for one night in Amman with great value for money. The staff was really kind, helping us find a local taxi when we needed it. Make sure to check the cafe for good coffee options.

I loved the cozy vibe of my deluxe twin room! The Turkish bath was my fave spot. It was super relaxing after a long day. Plus, the in-room breakfast was on point, making mornings easier. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger – it lagged a few times during calls.

The location is super convenient, and the room was spacious and clean. I even got to enjoy some local cuisine nearby!
